Genuis of Fianna Fail--bring down the price of a pint by 12 cents--so now based on a pint costing €3.90 I can have 33 pints for the price of 32. This is supposed to stop people going over the border shopping for hooch. I think he had a gallon or two himself when he dreamed up this idea.
