Agree to a point but while I was opposed to the introduction of parking charges in the first place I dont see why having being introduced anybody should be suprised that a local authority would try to enforce them ? Perhaps though they could be a bit more vigorous when it comes to enforcing some of their other eddicts too. Im thinking particurlarly in relation to planning..........
