there are no parking charges on any sunday to my knowledge, but parking on a double yellow might attract a ticket. that said i have to say i certainly would not return to castlebar if i got a ticket on a sunday in the lead up to christmas!
given the state of the economy, common-sense surely would dictate that such fines should be relaxed on sundays.
but then again common-sense and local authorities dont really belong in the same sentence i suppose.
