Reggie,I can assure you I am not at all obsessed with pubs in any country nor with drink in general.The Hanging Gardens of Babylon are long gone,destroyed by earthquakes in the 2nd century BC.So I cant even tell you if that would have been my favourite wonder of the world.I was born in Castlebar,been through Fagans Gates.I have long since moved on and lived in many places all over the world but Castlebar is always in my heart.The parts of the the town which have not been razed for newer buildings will always be favourites to me and that includes Johhny's.Growing up I can assure you it was not a place I frequented.I am still interested in knowing what you consider the best of Castlebar.
