While I acknowledge Tim Berners Lee contribution to the internet as well as all the other internet application inventers I am certain that the CERN hadron collider is nothing more than an adult scalectric toy. It will neither prove nor disprove the existence of "Higgs Boson" and the final result will be zilch. Of course there is always the chance that something totally unassociated with the experiment will emerge by accident, but hey why not take the credit for it anyway. Isn’t that what defines science? After all CERN the world's largest particle physics centre would hardly be the place where you would expect to come up with a software application. The www would not have been part of the overall agenda for the world's largest particle physics centre would it? No, there was no need to be a professor in physics to invent the www. A software programmer would do the job just fine thank you very much. I suppose that you won’t publish this one either, but what the heck you have read it, haven’t you?
