I suppose when you hold that sort of power, as popper obviously has then no matter what the argument, popper always has the upper hand. I would have thought that popper was educated enough to finish this tread with a fair and thorough argument but that’s his prerogative.
I think that you will agree that the Internet came long before Berners-Lee's contribution so the WWW is a direct result of the Internet. Im sure thats what you meant anyway as I know you are inclined to mix things up a little, (remember the compliment you paid me) no problem though. Let he who is without sin amd all that.
I agree with your last paragraph, but remember this, anyone who has followed this thread probably knows a lot more about Noah's Ark and the possibility of it being a reality, CERN and The Large Hadron Collider, Higgs Boson, and of course the Internet. You see an open and fair argument educates all, (The best way to learn how to sail is to go out and challenge the wind and waves). whether they agree or not. I was certain that I would have led popper to elaborate more on Higgs Boson and The Large Hadron Collider but that was not to be. The ordinary folk only know these by name and are now denied this learning through the excitement of a genuine argument on the subject.
