There are hundreds of metres of road in Mayo and probably hundreds of kilometres of road surface around the country that were absoultely, totally destroyed by the frost and ice over the New Year - so much so that they look pretty much identical to roads wrecked by the earthquake in Haiti!

But you are complaining about and I quote "position of the kerbs, the joint lines in the tarmac" ?

Do you not think it's time to get off that hobby horse of yours? Time to just take a look around at what is happening?

If 30% of people on today's Castlebar Poll would still vote for the current government parties then kerb realigning is the least of your problems!

But then what's a joint line (and I assume we are not talking about joints and lines of cocaine here?) when they are talking about all the first born of Castlebar couples being sacrificed between now and 2050 but they will still vote, vote, vote, for 'devalera' and 'cj' and of course 'bertie - commit suicide if you talk the boom down - ahern' regardless?
