well would ye rather someone who comes across well but is absolutley useless otherwise(I could name more than a few) or someone that can actually forget about the facades and make some real progress at implementing some real solutions.

Take for example someone like Steven jobs - supposedly a complete f88k to work for but who behind the scenes has made some unbelievable achievements fro apple due to work ethic, intelligence and actual care about what he is doing.

others - Alex Ferguson, Roy Keane, Michael O Leary, Trump etc etc
