Once again who he hell signed off on these projects from a public sector perspective, who was managing these projects ....why were they not fixed price contracts...we all except that the public sector don't have the knowledge/ability to execute these projects, but surely they should be able to manage them, without been taken for a complete ride. Thats my whole point, incompetence is rife within the public sector.
