Solely. " For goodness sake what nonsense. We as a country continually voted for the same governmen. The unions, representing both public and private, but predominately public, took FF bribes in the form of pay deals in return for not opposing the continued governance which has led us to this point. To somehow divide society into public and private shows an extremely selfish and short sighted attitude with no consideration to the over 400,000 unemployed, the vast majority of who are ordinary decent people who were simply working jobs, hoping to pay for homes, raise families, and generally not worrying whether they were public or private. I'm sick and tired of this public/private divide. Its exactly the kind of me fein attitude that typified the greed of the boom where too many people only thought of themselves. Now in the recession when people are losing their jobs and their homes, some people continue to adopt this same selfish attitiude. The public sector salaries come from the states money. If the state doesn't have the same money, they can't pay it. We don't have a god given right to a first class public services. The whole country, public and private, have to earn the money for the country to pay for that service. At present we're not doing it.
