Yeah we thought about asking @ Do you believec the latest university research saying that there were 345,000 empty houses and apartments rather than the mere 300,000 that the last academic survey produced or the minuscule 40,000 that the building industry say are occupied not forgetting to subtract the holiday homes empty most of the time leaving the 170,000 or so unloved and unwanted empty houses and apartments that NAMA will own shortly - and we do not mean unoccupied offices, advance factories and other industrial/commercial units?
