I bow to your superior knowledge my friend , but i believe that my post was to get information from the good people that use this forum as to whom is legally responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of these areas.I would also say that the county council headquarters is in castlebar so that would be the best bet. ps ,no one likes a smart arse
