Fair point Adam , but how is it the council can pay for the cost of an aeroplane or helicopter to fly the skies of mayo to fine farmers for burning a pile of branches from there hedgerow tidying or a rural resident burning a few empty milk cartoons.The council and there bureaucracy still squandering obscene amounts of money and unquestioned for it .Its high time for a change
