Thanks for the info , but i have to say in this case this rubbish is an accumulation of rubbish over a relatively lengthy period, where people come and disgard of a few items at a time such as cans of beer , crisp packets, vodka bottles,plastic bags, (etc)and now it has totally gone out of control. Sure, there is also the larger dumping of rubbish such as large bags of household stuff aswell. I wonder where the EPA stand in relation to this and the fisheries board?
