The litter wardens are working full time as normal. There is no 'paid strike', unless you mean a work to rule action where the phones haven't been answered for a few hours this past week or two.

I still think that if you have a valid point to make to an authority, then you should do so, and not just complain ona message board all day bout it (not directed at yourself james, as you seem to have intentions of phoning about this issue)
