The cost of putting up just one youth who has spent his (or her) time playing snooker or billiards and then graduated to become a guest of the nation's taxpayers would pay for 10+ skate parks.

If it keeps them out of trouble and helps them to get over it - youff - it's a reduction in the charges on yours and my taxes.
