This whole topic is about the town of Castlebar and the skatepark. You might notice I was talking about the industrial estate barely hanging on, its on its knees!
So when I mentioned FDI it was a given that I was soley speaking of the town which has had NO FDI in the past 15 years or more!

I made it very clear at the beginning that I have nothing against a skatepark or the people using it, infact I said it would be good for the town, but we as a town have more pressing issues that need to be dealt with immeadiately, and every available cent should be used for FDI for the town of Castlebar and future employment prospects of its inhabitants, then when we are back on track by all means build a skatepark. But the way things are now in this and every town & city across the country, this is NOT a good idea.
