I said "come on what are you playing at"?. I think that showed your attitude leaves a lot to be desired. If you had said "I think you are making a mistake, I gave you a 50 euro note, could you please check" - I'm sure the situation would have been resolved much more easily. Customers should be treated politely, but so should staff.Regarding the swear words, if I was the Manager I would have returned your money and asked you to leave the premises. I have no time for bullying behaviour.
