Doh! It's a planning issue??!!

An auctioneer raising a planning issue??!!!

Should NOT happen full stop.

Total conflict of interest?!

And particularly so given that going on 50% of our councillors just 'happened' to be auctioneers at the height of the so-called 'boom'. And people wonder how we got into a property bubble that ordinary punters now have to pay for!

We all did 'go mad' as ek put it - and one aspect was electing way too many vested interests to our local councils. They - auctioneer-councillors - really do need to step back when there is any discussion of planning matters.

It may be 'dribble' as you put it so eloquently but the reality is more like a tsunami that has caused a tidal wave of emigration, negative equity, and general recession which will take a few generations to recover from. Auctioneer councillors save us from their bleats.
