We are mystified as to what material you feel could not get posted. Can you give us a hint?

If you got the oops! message then you ran into our black list of words usually found in spam. Other than that this week we removed some racist material posted by 'real' people but the hundreds of deleted posts were spam as far as we are aware because we don't read most of them - if the subject of a post is not in the dictionary - ie gobbledygook - it's deleted on sight.
