Whay and how was a valuation of 600,000 arrived at ?? To suggest that it was worth millions in the Celtic Tigre era is irrelevant. The state is lucky to have a gullible buyer who'll take it off its hands !

In my opinion it should have been sold back to the Rate Payers of Castlebar and Mayo County for a NOMINAL SUM of 1 Euro !
