I'm deeply concerned. The TF has for the last number of years been an incredible asset to the town. Without it - I'm genuinely concerned for the Taxis, Bars, Restaurants, B&B's and a range of other business.
If you think back to the number children shows bringing families into Castlebar each day, to the Jimmy Carr's of the world and country music shows (if you are into that!) like Kris Kristoferson.... it's something that is going to tear the heart out of Castlebar .... as to some degree it was something that everyone used/attended each year.

I'm sincerely sorry to hear that Pat & Mary Jennings are not driving that business forward for the town and cannot imagine how a receiver is going to put in the same interest/grá into it for Castlebar.
