I am in the market to buy a house.
Have done all the research, from talking to some very experienced people they are saying hold back, serious drops are about to come.

Castlebar apartments will go for 50 - k,
Three bed attached estate house 70 k
Bungalow out the country 90 - 100 K
Massive one off crazy builds,

Might be able to buy for 90 K.
All I can say is let the good times roll for me !

The cold winds off doom will be blowing down the Main st for quiet some time and as I did not gamble during the boom I will be delighted to take a punt when people decide to move out.

Anyone reading this and wants to off load a cheap property please post here I will gladly chat.
