Mayo Peace Park Query

Last Sunday was the National Day of Commemoration Ceremony, to honour all those Irishmen and Irishwomen who died in past wars or on service with the United Nations. I passed by the Park and didn't see any flags or wreaths on display. Did I miss the commemoration?
