Until all charities are registered with a charity body like a commission and their accounts can be checked online with wages paid to their officals plus pensions I and many more will not contribute a cent to any charity. People in these hard economic times are pestered each day of week with collectors outside banks, inside and outside supermarkets, organisations with people on main street stopping you and asking for your bank details to contribute to their causes, how do we know if there legit? in the North and the Uk each charity collection must be authorised by local councils and no more than two allowed to collect at weekends. with Police arresting anyone without local council permit. Here anyone can set up outside post offices banks shops ect and have no need to produce paperwork. The Public after this farse with the C.R.C have got charity fed up syndrome why should public fund what people should get free off H.S.E ? no enough is enough I now shop at Aldi they wont allow these scroungers to do any collections outside their stores as its dubious where these funds are going
