Meditate, carry a worry stone, get rosary beads and pray, run, jog, do yoga, look at the stars, remind yourself your fear is not real perhaps you are just in a hyperalert phase - on edge but not knowing why, maybe you are too close to electrical energies, try being beside water, etc., there are hundreds of things you can try so try them!
