just in case i didn't post previous post correctly - run, jog, walk, look at stars, yoga, meditate, get a worry stone, use rosary beads and pray, there are lots of ways to relieve where you are right now. Keep reminding yourself all is well, the wolf is not at the door, you may just be hyperalert and need to recognise and remind yourself that your fears are not real. Every time you feel worried gently rub between your eyebrows and breathe out concentrating on your stomach and tell yourself you are safe.
