I doubt it even took place, but why all the outrage as holiday maker from England on holiday here in Ireland a few years ago, i sat through some very racist and anti British rebel songs that i was not happy with, but no body seemed to bother in the pub, even though i was not born when nor my wife and children during that long tenure of troubles in Ireland and 1916, if it did take place its to be deplored but i doubt it did, i checked in at peace park and there was no offical ceremonies over weekend as they were held elsewhere. But in all my twenty years living here i have never come across anti British sentiment and while sensitive to Irish history i would say in these times of peace we should not be throwing out insults to Irish or people from the Uk, we have to move on, and lets not pin on today's generations the wrongs of the past on both sides, we have to build even closer relations with all peoples on these islands.
