Actually I've bene hearing all week from the mother at home that she's finding it awful hard to log on or send or recieve e-mails.
I'm not on the ground there so I dunno what's happenin. I've tried to advise her but it's difficult when I dunno the full story.
I suspected that since the change over of names from tinet.ie to eircom.net (which my mother hans't done yet) that there might be different access numbers?
She called Eircom and they say many people are having lots of problems all over Castlebar and that they're sorting them and the word on the ground is that they're laying new cables.
Anyone know or have any advice?
