Driving under the infulence of Intoxicants I believe is the Yankee term for what you're talking about. Isn't the whole point of taking a Urine sample (in cases where the person is clearly under some influence) to detect any intoxicants in the blood? I believe these tests only show traces of illicit drug use in your system for a finite period of time... i.e. if they decided to check your sample they could detect back as far as a year or more but usually only test to such as degree of accuracy as will yield evidence of any use in the past month or couple of weeks. Or do the cops not do this? I have never been as much as bagged so I don't know. Maybe it's time to start if it's not already in place!
