A judge In Scotland has dismissed charges against three peace activists who broke into a "MAXIMUM SECURITY" trident nuclear submarine base and spent THREE AND A HALF HOURS there destroying parts of nuclear weapons before they were discovered and arrested.
Apparently the judge has said that all nuclear weapons are illegal and that what the protesters did was the same as disarming a person in the street who was carrying an weapon illegally.
So the next time the UK minister for Defence visits Scotland could he be arrested as a dangerous criminal ?
