I think I'll run for president of the Republic of Connaught. The theme of my presidency will be dismantling all the bridges across the Shannon.
Oh yeah and Choice Fm (and it's soon to be launched sister TV station) to become the voice of the Republic. Mayo News to run the Govt Press office. CT to be dismantled due to inefficency and basically put it out of its misery (Sorry lads ye might have been good at reporting on the Famine but we've moved on 150 years since that you know).
I'm formulating the rest of my policy and will publish my manifesto in a forthcoming posting.
But SP can by my Minster for Welfare.
