maybe some of these proteins are dangerous- however farmers in an effort to breed the perfect potato strain have created at least one variety which had to be destroyed cos it made those who ate it ill...
now i'm sure yuo'd agree that the new strain of rice which contains vitaim C will save many lives in the developing world which might other wise have been lost.
