Anyway ive known for years that my phone was tapped. Sure between yourself, Menwith hill and the CIA theres hardly enough signal left on my phone line for the person at the other end to hear me.
Thats why I set up Choice FM the signal contains secret subliminal scrambled subcarrier (try saying that after a night in the pub) which is inaudible to ordinary listeners but which contains secret messages for the revolutionaries.
