Yes, computer clocks are notoriously poor - how about this for an interesting site?
http://www.timeticker.com/main.htm
Connects to an atomic clock (accuracy - 1 second in 30,000 years??).
It will start on Greenwich Time which should be close enough for Ireland!!
Otherwise, click on your home town on the map - say, Melbourne, then select Australia, Melbourne in the left panel to show the exact time (it will automatically take daylight-saving into account).
If you click on "Set computer time" in the left-hand corner it will provide a new panel, where selecting "Set computer time" again in this new panel will re-set your own computer clock to the exact local time.
A lot easier than manually re-setting the clock every couple of weeks.
Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are all in the same time-zone, if you are trying to follow Olympic events.
Best Wishes - Your Castlebar site gets better and better.
