Yeah, and whenever there is a delay they never bother to inform you until about an hour later. So much for Customer Service. They treat the paying customers with contempt! It was a strike to far for the general public and although the ILDA haven't gone away, neither has the threat of privatisation and then these pampered so-called public servants will know what it is really like to do a days work!
