Use a web-based service - eircom may have one - or else divert your eircom email to a web-based system.
Otherwise set up a new user on the new computer - you will need to know your username, password, and mail server names for eircom (if it's not poping email from eircom already) and enter these into the settings on the other computer - can be messy so make sure you know what you are doing first as you may end up disenfranchising the owner of the computer.
