If it is true that history is written by the victors then there cannot have been many victors between 922 and 1501.
Something of possible note or interest must have happened on this day in the intervening 579 years although I haven't
a clue as to what it might have been. Mind you the fact that the Gregorian calender loped 11 days off the Julian calender
might be a complication. I don't know if this happened before or after this black hole in time.
