Notice too the way the Government changes polling day to facilitate/disenfranchise those (predominantly younger voters) who live awaty from home according to how the percieved voting patterns of young people fit in with their objectives.
For example:
The Divorce referendum being held on a Friday and
The Bail referendum being held on a Thursday
