But then youre into the whole argument of when do the rights of the Unborn Child/Foetus take precedence over the Rights of Choice of the Mother.
Very few people would favour punishment for a Mother in these Circumstances but what of those who carry out the abortion ?
And then again many of these people seriously believe they are doing the right thing as well ?
