But on the question of Abortion maybe punishment isint the the only way of dealing with the problem.
The Abortion rate in The Netherlands is the lowest in Europe. while Britain and Croatia have the highest (Ireland's is quite high too although most women seeking abortion travel outside Ireland) Its widely believed that this is because of better sex education and support for
single Mothers in the Netherlands.
