My moodem usually says im connected at 46 K but when Im on Napster I can rarely download at much more than 5K and often its under 1K
People tell me these Unmetered ISP's are slower than metered ones
Of course lots of things can affect connection speed such as the web server one is downloading from and all the links and servers between it and your ISP
