That makes a bit more sense but your original comment was quiet flippant and dismissive of those who were not on the computer wagon (waste of time doing things the old way, people who can't/won't learn). Therefore its not suprising about the reaction it generated.
Its still worth noting that there are plenty of valid reasons why it will take time before everyone is up to speed. Anything from logistical issues like cost, availability, personnel, to human reasons like peoples varying levels of adaptability.
Its easy to say the initiatives like the info age stuff mean everyone can learn but do you honestly think that there are sufficient resources in place to cater for everyone in every town and village in the country ?
