This Thursday evening 2nd November, at 8.00 pm sharp in room SR14, GMIT,
Castlebar members are looking forward to viewing the work of member Sheridan
Gilmartin. Sheridan will show a selection of his prints, talking about each one
and the whys and wherefores of each.
Last Thursday evening members
spent the evening led by Michael O'Sullivan exploring the mysteries of flash
photography and solving some of the many problems that arise with this type of
photography.
On Sunday morning 22nd. of October, 9 intrepid
photographers braved the elements and headed for Old Head, near Louisburgh to try
and capture the glories of the autumn tones. We got about 15 minutes of light
before the rain poured down but none the less it was a worthwhile session and
some good pictures have emerged from the outing.
It's all go at the
Castlebar Camera Club so why not join us in our activities each Thursday
evening?
