Welcome to Cuidiú/The Irish Childbirth Trust's parent/toddler group. Our branch was set up in 1986 by mothers from Dublin and Cork Cuidiu-ITC. We hope that within our group you and your children will find support and friendship.

What do we have to offer you?

We hold coffee mornings from 10.30 to 12.30 am every Friday (school term) In the Social Center, Second floor, Castlebar The children have toys to play and a snack is provided. Nappy changing A restricted area for Breast-feeding There is a small library Antenatal support Breast-feeding support. Educational courses Social events We are currently training some of our members to become postnatal support and breastfeeding counselors

To help towards upkeep and refreshments
there is a charge of £1.00 for members and £1.50 for non-members

choices about pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood
