Weekly Meeting

Castlebar Cycling Club was officially established in January 2000 and is affiliated to the Irish Cycling Federation. The club officers Brendan Henaghan, Mick Kilcourse, Kevin Dunleavy and Tommy Devereux each have a lifetimes involvment in cycling in Castlebar and as such bring a huge wealth of experience to the club.

The club has over 50 members at all levels and ages from the beginner to the experienced competitive racing cyclist. The club participates in all types of cycling events including leisure cycling tours, challenging cycling tours, leisure cycling races and competitive cycling races.

The club meets every Sunday morning for its weekly club spin at :

The Travellers Friend Hotel & Theatre, Westport Road, Castlebar.

Starting time is 9 pm each Sunday from March to September and 10 pm each Sunday morning from October to February.
