To download this site and access it anytime from your own computer, just follow the instructions

When the file has finished downloading double click and extract the file cyic.exe.
This is the installation program for the Website. Double click on the file and follow the
instructions.
After the Website installs it will leave a shortcut on your desktop, Double click to open site.
To take the site off your computer, simply run the Uninstall program.
