Stress and peer Pressure
We all feel pressure from outside that makes us tense inside.  Some stress is part of everyday life.  It affects us all.  Some kinds of stress are helpful because they halp us perform better.

However, too much stress can make us feel tense, feel down or not feel well.

There are many different sources of stress;

  • Trouble with school
  • Financial difficulties

  • Changes in the family

How can one deal with stress?
