As we are into the month of March and the days are getting longer quite a lot of Senior Citizens are coming to the Centre. All our activities are in full swing.

Our Active Age Group held a coffee morning for "Tommy Marren Calcutta Fun". They raised a sum of £500, which they were so pleased about.
The Group, at the moment, are enjoying a course of Keep-Fir, which they do here at the Centre each Thursday morning. They are really benefiting from it.

We held our A.G.M. recently. We had a good representation from various groups around Castlebar. As some of our Committee members have retired having spent years dedicated to the work that goes on here at the Centre, work which they have done voluntarily, we have recruited some new members on to our Committee. We have talked about the services we provide and the areas we need to make changes in order to provide a better service for the old and the less fortunate.
