Slimathon FREE Health, Vitality and wellbeing programme in association with Curves for All at Rock Rose House.

Commencing On 12 February (Shrove Tuesday) And Running For Six Weeks of Lent Weigh In For Free- Weekly Monday 5-6pm Or On Friday 5-6pm.

The programme will include a weight management plan from curves fitness club, Castlebar.

Sponsorship cards are available and a prize will be presented to the biggest loser on the final night.

This is an opportunity to get your family and friends to support you to LOSE WEIGHT
